We want you to love your Tommymeow purchase. However, because our products are made-to-order through Printify, we are only able to accept returns or issue refunds in specific cases, such as damage or printing errors.


Return Eligibility

We only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged or defective
  • The item has a printing error or was incorrectly fulfilled (wrong size/design/product)
  • The item arrived significantly late due to fulfillment error (not courier delay)

To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos showing the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

Because each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., you changed your mind)
  • Wrong size ordered (please check our size chart carefully before purchasing)
  • Minor color variations due to screen differences
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs (once shipped)

  2. A clear description of the issue
  3. Photos of the item showing the damage or error

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 1–2 business days.


🔁 Replacements & Refunds

If your claim is approved, we will either:

  • Send a replacement at no cost
    OR
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

📦 Do I Need to Send the Item Back?

No. In most cases, we do not require you to return the damaged or incorrect item, since they are produced through Printify on demand.


📅 Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, it may take 5–10 business days to reflect on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card provider.
